Majic stairs faq

Standard sizes are based upon the height of your ceiling. 

Majic Stairs will accommodate ceiling heights from 7 1/2′ to 12 1/2′. For taller ceilings we have many options to accommodate the installation.

Typically we can build and ship your order within 3-4 weeks of receiving your payment.

Majic stairs include a 5 year “bumper to bumper” warranty.

We do not cut the trusses. The stairs are designed to fit between your existing truss system.

Majic Stairs are considered an “appliance” and require a standard 110v/15 amp outlet. The stairs are operated with a wireless remote control.
