Custom Stair Systems

All Majic Stairs systems are custom-built to order based on your specific measurements and requirements.
Because of this, all stair systems are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before confirming your order.

Lifts and Accessories

Returns on lift systems and accessories are accepted under the following conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned lifts.

  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (both the original and return shipping costs).

  • Returns must be authorized in advance and made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Any items returned damaged, used, or missing components will not be eligible for refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate after verifying the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
